David P. Hahn, Chief Information Officer, joined BGR in November 2005. He oversees the strategic direction and execution of the organization’s IT functions. He ensures the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications are aligned with the business goals and objectives while delivering value, efficiency, and enhancing security.
Prior to joining BGR, David served as the Information Technology Manager at Interpublic Group (IPG), a global provider of marketing solutions, from 2002 to 2005. He managed the centralized data and support center for offices in the DC area, serving hundreds of users across multiple agencies. He supervised a support and engineering team that provided technical assistance and training to staff and guests. He also coordinated IT projects, budgets, and policies and worked with senior management and vendors to deliver IT solutions that fit the organization’s needs.
David came to Maryland in 2000 and worked for two years as a restaurant technology consultant, assisting brands in simplifying and optimizing their technology systems and processes, such as point-of-sale, inventory, payroll, and online ordering. He provided strategic guidance, project management assistance, and comprehensive training resources to empower them to maximize their technology investments and achieve their business goals.
