Adriana Larsen is Director of Policy and Research for BGR Group where she oversees the firm’s research and policy content production. In this role, she manages the BGR Clerk program and coordinates with all practices to ensure client needs are met. She also helps write, direct, and edit firm-wide products, including co-writing the BGR Foreign Assistance Brief and BGR Coronavirus Report, editing the BGR China Brief, and contributing to other ad hoc analysis memos.

In addition to her responsibilities as Director, Adriana supports BGR’s International and Trade Practice. In this role, she provides research and analysis for international and domestic clients on foreign policy, international trade, and defense issues. She is also part of BGR’s foreign assistance practice, which provides advisory and government relations services to companies, advocacy groups, and non-governmental organizations in the international aid policy area.

Before joining BGR in 2018, Adriana was a staff assistant in the U.S. Senate and also spent time with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Prior to working in the Senate, Adriana worked as a seasonal hire for U.S. Embassies overseas. She was the Public Affairs Assistant for U.S. Embassy Astana in Kazakhstan and the Consular Assistant for U.S. Embassy Tashkent in Uzbekistan.

In 2022, Adriana participated in the U.S. Army War College’s 67th Annual National Security Seminar, during which AWC students and guests from a wide range of occupations spent a week examining national security issues.
