Chris Meininger is a Policy Analyst in the Commerce & Infrastructure Practice at BGR Group, where he analyzes policy impacts on stakeholders across a range of issues, including broadband, data privacy, infrastructure, energy, and emerging technologies, as well as monitors legislative and regulatory developments, and prepares briefings and reports in support of client advocacy efforts. 

Chris joined BGR Group as a Clerk in the Commerce Practice before advancing to Researcher, and subsequently to his current role as Policy Analyst, where he conducted research on legislation affecting governmental relations, synthesized large volumes of policy information, and contributed to reports and strategic recommendations across multiple concurrent projects. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and an Associate of Science in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University, where he graduated in December 2025. He also completed Marquette’s Les Aspin Center for Government Academic Program, a competitive program integrating full-time Washington, D.C. professional experience with advanced coursework in congressional affairs, executive branch operations, and public policy. 

He is a former ice hockey player at Marquette University and previously played junior hockey for the Boston Junior Bruins and the Carleton Place Canadians.
