Industry expert bolsters firm’s Commerce practice
WASHINGTON, D.C., June 27, 2018 – BGR Group announced today that Justin Rzepka will be joining the firm July 20th as Vice President. Rzepka, currently Vice President of Government Relations at NCTA – The Internet & Television Association, will primarily work with the firm’s Commerce practice focusing on technology and telecommunications.
“Justin brings a wealth of policy and political experience in the Commerce space to our firm and will be able to effectively advise clients in this rapidly changing area of public policy,” said firm President Bob Wood.
Rzepka has been at NCTA since 2009 where he has worked with Association members on a wide swath of policy areas to help advance legislative and business priorities including open internet, broadband access, privacy, piracy, broadband infrastructure, internet taxation, spectrum, Internet of Things, and internet governance.

Rzepka is an Ohio native and a graduate of Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He resides in Washington, D.C. with his family.
